PTC Press Gets Publishing Contract

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Fiji Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka to inaugurate the three-day event’ the 12th World Hindi Conference on 15th February at the Pacific Island nation. The 12th World Hindi Conference was in Nadi from 15th February to 17th February 2023.
The conference theme was “Hindi – Traditional Knowledge to Artificial Intelligence”.
Fiji hosted the conference for the first time and is home to a large Indian diaspora. Over 37 percent of the Pacific Island country’s population is of Indian descent, with many speaking Hindi, one of Fiji’s three official languages, alongside English and Fijian. A special committee and an editorial board were appointed to address the literature of Fiji Hindi Language. The committee compromised scholars and official from the Fijian Ministry of Education, Indian High Commission and Fiji National University headed by the chief editor, Dr. Subashni Lata who open a platform for many Fijian Hindi Writers who contributed to the book on Hindi Literature in Fiji. The Contract was awarded to PTC Press to manage and publish the whole publication book and collaboration with the conference partners.
