Priority Areas

Over the next six years, PTC will apply the above principles, values and attributes to the following Priority Areas:

  • Quality Theological Education
  • Strong Research Culture
  • Effective Resource Management
  • Good Governance

Each priority area is further defined by a set of specific objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that will enable measurability of specific initiatives and development projects. These will be further translated into operational plans for each section. Internal and external reviews and audits will be necessary to conduct annual assessment of achievements against the SP targets. These will culminate in a triennial midterm review and end of triennial review. The first triennial will be from 2020 – 2022 and the second triennial covers 2023 – 2025. Internal reviews will take place midyear of 2021 and end of 2022 for the first triennial and midyear of 2024 and end of 2025 for the second triennial.
