SBA Retreat

New students spent Friday in a retreat focussed on familiarising themselves with the ‘whole of life’ vision of PTC. Principal Reverend Professor Upolu Vaai presented on the topic: “Whole of Life” Vision: A Deep Dive 1, with a focus on PTC history, Graduate Attributes, Whole of Life vision, Ecumenical Focus, and the Contextuality Focus. His second presentation focussed on “The “Whole of Life” Vision: A Deep Dive 2, on Decolonization focus, the Relationality focus, Communities-based focus, and the Justice Focus. The students were challenged to think about how they could rethink perspectives based on the ‘whole of life focuses’ and weave these into their studies and research.
