Vacancy – Human Resources Assistant

The Pacific Theological College (PTC) located in Nasese, Suva, is a regional ecumenical tertiary institution that served the region through the churches of the Pacific for over 50 years. We invite applications for the position of Human Resources Assistant, to be part of a vibrant and dedicated regional team.  

 

Responsibilities

Provide HR and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager. updating employee databases, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and assisting with HR-related reports and employee queries. Compiling monthly absence and punctuality reports. Processing students study permits with Immigration. Run errands like going to Police Headquarters for lodging of Police Clearance, Ministry of Education. Immigration Department. Assist in filing of leave applications, updating personnel files, etc.

Qualifications

A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources with some related work experience.
